THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS LISTED BELOW.  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

For those who are NOT going to the ASI National Convention (which will be in Cincinnati, OH):

1.  You will fly in to and out of one of the following airports:

The airports that you have the option to fly into and out of are:

OR

www.dallas-lovefield.com - DAL

Please make sure that your son/daughter should arrive in Dallas, TX on July 8, 2012. 

The date for flying into Dallas, TX is July 8, 2012.

The date for flying out of Dallas, TX is August 6, 2012.

For those who ARE planning on going to the ASI National Convention (which will be in Cincinnati, OH):

2.  You will fly in to one of the airports listed below:

www.dfwairport.com - DFW

OR

www.dallas-lovefield.com - DAL

Please make sure that your son/daughter should arrive in Dallas, TX on July 8, 2012.

You will fly OUT OF THE CINCINNATI/NORTHERN KENTUCKY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (CVG) on August 12, 2012. 

Your son/daughter will need to fly out of CVG (Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport) airport on the morning of August 12, 2012.

Please do not miss this point.  If you are planning on attending the ASI National Convention, you will fly into Dallas, TX and out of Cincinnati, OH.

The ASI YFJ Participants who are planning on attending the ASI National Convention in Cincinnati, OH will be transported from Dallas, TX to Cincinnati, OH via a chartered bus.
